I read somewhere that one of Radioheads influences is Aphex
Twin. And I know some people are offended by this (don't know
why?).
One of the best songs to prove this is Idioteque, its that
beat and the background melody/soundscape thats totaly
Aphex inspired.Infact the beat sounds so familiar.
Anyone else agree?

Yeah totally. They just manage to make a great infulence
into something totally whiney and self indulgent.

Don't brag TonyFish,I belive most of us here can't physicaly
do so either.
Coldplay are good, but not good enough to actually pay money
for their album IMO.

buying CDs is a problem cos there a too many artists/genres
I'm interested in (as I'm sure does everyone here). It's a
royal pain in the ass. I have a friend who's solution to
this consists in buying loads of CDs and not eating (apart
from the odd pancake and whatever he can scounge off
others). I value my stomach but I want more music
arggghhhhh.

Do what I do buy an mp3 player its cheaper in the end,but
the guilt factor kicks in.I feel guilty because no money is
going to the artist when I d/l mp3's.
Or buy a cd,the record it,take cd back,refund for a new
one, record it e.c.t. Continue this process until they
refuse.

Hey,my name should be Refund no.2.lol
