sorry-- i posted this very early in the day and no one
responded until i'd left the internet.

i've been posting tracks up here now and then for quite a
while. you find these tracks abrasive?

http://www.winery.cc/corange

There is a link to the rest of my music that is online. It
all varies, but there is a very consistent style.

I use mainly cubase on my powerbook, supplemented by many
many little audio apps and recorded sound and random
hardware and anything that inspires me.

yup listened to them..

I like the beginning of "the conversation", but the melody
doesn't do anything for me.. so my attention slowly seeped
away..

I really like "the truth", up to the percussion bit - didn't
like the sounds you use for the percussion OR the rhythm
itself.. thought it was boring and kind of forced.
that said, I really liked the rest - the melody + the sample
and the subtle percussion really work well together.

I'd like to do a remix of "the truth" - I'll use the mp3
itself..

to hear what my music sounds like, go here..

there is a lot of emphasis on production in both of those
tracks, and you might find them more appealing with decent
stereo headphones, but thanks for the feedback.

i don't know that I really listen to or pay much mind to
feedback anymore, because my styles are about 5 years in
development and pretty much feedback themselves, but I do
like to hear peoples responses, and like to put my music in
people's ears. listen to more at the link above-- it's
pretty much an entire album, and has its moments.

it personally doesnt really bother me... but during my time
here, ive learned that people can get pretty damn annoyed
with "spamming".

just to forewarn you.

best thing to do, is to call the topic "new track" or
something to that effect.

i personally dont see why they get so upset with it...

anyways. yeah. ill listen later (im at work right now)

well I do think its common courtesy to ask people to
listen..

people should be happy that other people on the board take
the time to listen to their track.

to just plunk them on here looks arrogant to say the least.

Sorry. I don't really know what else to say when I post
these links. I've been doing it off and on for about eight
months. Never gotten this response.

Well, in case YOU are reading this thread for the first
time, from newest to oldest-- THERE ARE 2 LINKS TO MP3s
THAT ARE ENCODED BY ME FROM AIFF FILES I MADE, IN THE FIRST
POST OF THIS THREAD... DO NOT CLICK THEM IF YOU FEAR MP3s
FROM ME....
