Lifes getting pretty shit for me as of late.

My music projects falling apart,i've done a RDJ and left my
only disk containing 1 years worth of tracks on a
train......and now i'm in a really bad slump,my creativity
has left me.

My best freind (female) who I secretly love is now engaged
to be married.

Another freind (male) has become a cocaine addict who now
lives with a bunch of smack heads,he steals to feed his
habit.

I've quit college (pyshcology in care course) and now I work
in a crappy jewelry shop on a very small income living with
my mum.

Everythings falling apart around me......

Any of you guys get mega depressed too sometimes?

Cheer up Tone!
You are only 16 , plenty of time to straighten your life
out. =)
Sorry about your friend , just don't let him drag you into
it also.
Atleast you have a honest work and a mom that loves you ,
roof over your head and you get to eat everyday , thats more
then most of the people in the world have.
If you put things in perspective maybe you realize that your
life isn't so crappy after all.
Now go make some music godamnit !! =)

Sorry to hear that, man. Things will straighten out for you,
though I know those words basically mean shit when you're
depressed and everything, I know.

Chris Ochre is right.. I know how hard it is, but try to
focus on one problem at a time.. you can't change everything
at once, thats much too much.. find the thing that really
engages you..

and yeah, you are still just 16, plenty of time before your
life is worthless ;)

Thanks guys.......
I'v cheered up now, mainly because i've just listened through
twoism and i've just managed to make a great drum riff which
rips shit out of any []

it'll turn out ok, man. i just got out of a depression...
some how breaking up with my girlfriend fixed it :/

but still, there's always hope, you know? maybe you were
supposed to lose that disc, maybe you're supposed to take
that as "i've got to make more music" or something.

i know how it is to be in a creative slump. i'll go into the
basement and work with the drum machine for a few minutes
and then turn it off.

everyone goes through shit periods though, you know? it's
just life. it's never great all the time for anyone. you've
just got to see past the bad stuff, like feeling the warmth
of the sun on your face when it's freezing out side.

mm.. not wanting to spoil your good mood, but take heed!

about 5 years ago I worked at a shitty job I hated and I
would spend all my money on cds and books, trying to feel a
bit better.. worked for very, very short periods of time..
guess it worked as a weak distraction.. in the end I spent
enormous amounts of money I could've better saved to move
out (I was still living with my parents then)..

in the end, it makes you feel empty is what I want to say, I
guess..

"I've cheered up now"

that was quick, it's good though, now I don't have to write
a long psychological support message :)

it is hard to get out and do the things you love when you
are down.

Like sailing, it makes me happy. So happy, but if I'm
depressed, I won't go out.

Do what some people said, get out and roll with what you
know. Good times will come.

im definately more depressed in the winter, it sucks, lack
of sunlight, coldness just dark dark dark

this past summer i was so optimistic
i dunno lately ive been feeling depressed and i think im
trying to blame it on that lol well i learned about it in
psychology some severe cases require people to sit under a
special light to replace lost sunlight.. whatever haha

i dunno my moods just flucuate, being with friends and stuff
helps a little
