I've not been abroad much but definitely nearer the equator
as the weather and winter in this country are a prison.

winter but the summers are great cos' lots of stuff
happening here and i love the sea...did Helsinki for 4 years

Would like to live in Australia or England for awhile.

Yep, i thought so too when i was younger, but since then
i've lived in Helsinki,Vantaa,Tampere and Turku and now the
slow smalltown life just suits me! And when i want some
action i can allways visit my friends in all of these towns.

Is Finland in the Arctic circle? Isn't it really dark? I'd
slice my wristies open if I had to live in darkness for 6
months. (Not to dis yo country BTW)

I have a question. Do you finnies have to eat loadsa caroots
to see? And are you all like moles? (when you go to normal
countries your eyes scrinch up)

I plan to live with the Navajos at the bottom of the Grand
Canyon and go pony trekking every day and then eat peyote
every night and talk to coyotes, rattlesnakes and tourists.

It gets dark here at 3pm too--I think we're just south of
the Arctic Circle, so it's pretty depressing in winter
time.

In summer time, the Dawn comes at 4am, and the sun doesn't
set til 11pm

In summertime it's light all the time cos' the sun wont set,
and in wintertime it's dark all the time.

* 1 road in and 1 road out

* Hard House Raves every fri/sat at the local football
club/bingo hall

* Gerry the farmer who's uncle left him the farm has a foam
party every month in the cowshed

* All the girls are after the latest nigerian refugee and
the local boys drink themselves asleep talkin about it

* When its mushroom season and the local horse fair coincide
funnily enough

* Germans are more welcome than Dubliners
