Just out of curiousity - is Goon vinyl worth much..? Just
wondered as I think I have all of the records he is giving
away as prizes but it had never occured to me before that
they might be rare or valuable? Anybody know?

Valuable or not though, they certainly are fecking superb. I
am on a different continent to my vinyl collection but the
record with the deer head on it is one of my most
favouritest records ever ever ever.

offline Zeus from San Francisco (United States) on 2002-11-19 00:16 [#00447533]
Points: 14042 Status: Lurker

hmmm, changed my mind. i was getting all cheeky with it, but
then I decided I should do something in my style, cause isnt
that what a remix is? an interpretation of a song in the
style of the remixer?

so yeah, Kcinsu type remix coming up...

offline od_step_cloak from Pleth (Australia) on 2002-11-19 00:21 [#00447535]

I wanna do a disco breakbeat acid thing, but I don't even
knwo what the samles are like yet (or the original track!)

Can someone please tell me what kind of samples are given
and what the original sounds like?
Plz!!!

I hope there are lots of percussive samples....
*froths at mouth*

Although if anyone caught any of the remixed is did for
Digiitonal or Pro(xy) or Dissolvedpaul or Chulk or Cell they
might if I avoided remixing this.

(to give you the gist of it, i turned fp2 by prox into a
silly funk song and a dissolved tune into a comedic funky
silly thingy.....I'm an idiot)

Some people keyboards do funny things here, a coule of them
get Z's instead of " ' "s.

Appropriate given his name really ;)

please don't get upset but when i first heard the track
about a week ago, for some reason, i was thinking of this
great mash-up of your track and i won't let the sun go down
on me by nik kershaw. i haven't tried it yet but i reckon
it'd work quite well
