drukqs on vinil...

the question is simple:
drukqs are on 4lp right? so you can put 4 h music on it.
drukqs on cd are about 100minutes long. so what with
140minutes left on lps? are there any bonus tracks?
thx for help!
and little bonus question: what songs were remixed by aphex
twin on WARP 10+3 ?

1st question:
lp version of drukqs has some versions of same songs as cd
version

2nd question:
he didn't do any, Warp got some of their own artists and
lots of others from different labels to remix old and new
Warp records
a few of the SAWII tracks were remixed as well as Come To
Daddy (by Richard Devine)

The answer is simple! The tracks on the vinyl drukqs are
exactly the same as the tracks on the CD version. All of
them. There are no bonuses exclusive to either format. Just
cos you can fit 4 hours of music onto 4 LPs doesn't mean
there *is* 4 hours of music on it. The only difference with
the two formats of drukqs is that some of the track names
are spelled differently, and one has a different name
entirely.

Oh i was getting all excited then! Why does warp have the
standard drukqs vinyl and premium quality? whats the
difference?

The premium quality is pressed on extra-heavy vinyl that's a
lot louder and clearer than regular vinyl I believe

hmm could be. that would make sense to me.
I hate it when LPs are mastered too quietly. I listened to
my dads old copy of tubular bells this morning and had to
turn my mixer gain right up, but this amplified all the
hiss/scratches as well...but thats another story.

yeah but what a waste of free space on lps why they culdnt
put it on 2 lps?

Wider grooves for better quality?
I'm guessing here... I have an article about this somewhere,
I'll go have a look for it...

apparantly the original was press was of SUCH a high quality
that the limited etd run doesnt add THAT much to the overall
sound, but when listening to my ltd copy the other day i was
transported by beams of noise that moved up and down
directly in front of methen towards and away from me, very
3-D, very nice, the cd certainly doesnt sound like that!
