I have my debut album comming up (should be done and pressed (lp and cd) by early febuary). I am looking for someone that could give a listen to my demo. I have been working really hard for the past two years or so on this release. I need someone who can give a non biased opinion, has a good taste of music, and who I can trust that will not put it on soulseek or anyother p2p systems.... untill febuary at least. I am designing a site and should be done in five weeks or so. It will have previews of tracks and will have a place to buy the album directly from me (via, credit card and pay pal...) for a reasonable price (what do you all think a reasonable price is?). I just need have someone give an opinion of my demo, besides just my close friends, and family (who say only good things, and are being too nice I think... maybe not, I cant tell) and someone outside of California. I will pay all shipping and post for someone who would be willing to give a listen, is anyone interested? |

i'd listen if it were mp3's (i don't have shelfspace for more cd's, sad to say, so i'm trying to be more selective about which i buy or take). i promise to put them in an unshared folder so that they won't get out on p2p. |

You can trust me not to share it with anybody and I'd be interested. From a consumer's point of view I'd say 5-6 dollars to compete with things like soulseek... unless it's completely awesome, then you can get away with regular price. I've heard of a place called cdbaby.com off techtv... I guess they let u sell your cd with a lot of profit going to you. I'll give an honest opinion. |
