I should explain I suppose. Just click "Browse..." and find
an image on your hard-drive. then you can tweek some of the
other options, or just press the "convert" button and wait
for the image to load.

you can do it in ASCii or "mosaic" as well. pretty damn

you can change the design too, by editing where it says
"characters: 01", you change the 01 to anything you'd like,
such as "autechre" or "jh4jk3 jh4 kj6563"... anything at
all!
