woo, saw the sneaker pimps playing in islington last night
- very nice part of london!

It was pretty cool, really tight, but liam (keyboards) kept
walking off. Chris made everyone cheer him when he came
back, and said "he wasn't getting it enough."

Other than that, it was pretty cool! Half-life was as good
as always and they did a really dancey version of Spin Spin
Sugar - got everyone moving (except the depressing goths at
the front!)

They had a projector going, for visuals, too. For
Bloodsports they had a video of a bull hitting a matadore in
slow motion, it was pretty freaky! It went normally then in
reverse, then zoomed in on his leg breaking.

the trains, there and back, behaved themselves too, which is
always good!

My friends who i went with said that it wasnt their best
performance ever, but i still thought it was pretty cool!
Much better than their support - "Nemo" *chuckle*

The Sneaker Pimps are a really good band... wish they'd come
to the states and play.

Do you know when their new albums coming out?

Waterbaby? noone's really sure if that's a collab or not!

Not sure when the new album's out... but apparently
Portishead have recorded a new album already, but arent
gonna release it for a while.
Chris (singer) sang some of their tracks off of the 1st
album, he sounded really good and he still suited those
songs :-)

Thats a good question, Who does the vocals for their older
tracks when they play live? or is Kelli Dayton back with
them?

I've only heard 6 Underground by the Sneaker Pmips and it's
like probably my fave song ever, serious, so is their other
shit liek that or what?
Any reccommendations of stuff to check out by them?

Thanks!

The new Sneaker Pimps with the male singer kick The Kelli
Dayton days ass. They are so much better now and Bloodsport
is a masterpiece.

od_step_cloak - If you love 6 underground, its probably
worth your while to get Becoming X (its on that album)..
I also have Splinter on vinyl, which I love as well..

"Not sure when the new album's out... but apparently

Not sure if they finished it, but they don't seem too busy
at the moment. Adrian Utely (guitarist) has been off doing
collaboration work... so perhaps they have finished it.
Damn, I should of asked Michael Law last weekend :s
