There's also another script out there somewhere. If they
answer "no" to any of its questions, you may sue their
company for $500 (if they are located in the USA).

Well it's not quite as easy as saying "Excuse me, you've
broken the law, can I have my $500 please." but if you were
especially pissed off at the telemarketers, had a bit of
time on your hands to litigate, and lived in a sympathetic
state, you could probably wring some $ from these
slimeballs.

My flatmate talks dirty to them mid conversation if they're
female. They hang up pretty quick, usually saying, "I'm
going to have to end the call there." Shame, they should be
more dedicated in their work (evil grin).

yeah but this is the cold end of capitalism - more cut
throat than facrories - call centres are the new mcjobs -
i did it a little when i ws at university - for about a week
and it made me want to kick the fuck out of the boss - who
without a contract would only last a week more than me -
telemarketing is the ass end of the job market
