I would recommend Incunabula as your next purchase because of it's significance. It's one of those 'must haves', even though I consider it their weakest album ;) it's Autechre though, so their weakest is better than most people's strongest.
I don't have the Plaid or Black Dog albums so can't comment on them, but the Brothomstates and Polygon Window albums are good buys. Only buy the Astrobotnia if it's cheap, it's nothing special.

just take them all, with an order like claro, SOSW, incunabula, bytes, astrobotnia, plaid but they are all essential release (don't know bout plaid) wich you must buy quickly, just buy rephlex's stuff before warp's cos they need more money (same with planet-mu)

Trust me, Black Dog Productions is a must. It's probably my favorite release on Warp to date.
OH YEAH, finally broke 1000 posts, and it only took me a little over 9 months. :]
One last time, get BYTES!

You have all great choices, but there is a decision to be made.
Brothomstates - Claro It's a good album, glitchy beats, and a few incredible melodies. The whole album isn't superb, but there are 2 track that stand way out in front of the rest. I would put it in front of what else you have to choose from, but get it none the less.
Autechre - Incunabula This is very early Autechre, and if you are expecting some crunchy beats and thin strings, you are on the wrong track. This album is analog all the way. Great pads and teh typical Tr 808 patterns running through the whole album. It shows a more happy melodic side of Autechre, rather than the dark mechanic side they have come to be.
Astrobotnia Part 1 This is a superb release from the otherwise known as Ovuca. It has the breakbeats and sounds we have come to expect from any Rephlex release, but with an added touch. He can take beats, process them into bizzare patterns that resemble a set of fire crackers going off, hence the first track. All of the track bring something to enjoy, dark to beautiful melodies, all of which are pleasureable.

Polygon Window - Surfing On Sine Waves This album is one of my favorite of Richard D. James. It is late 80's style, but it still give us something new and fresh in the early millineum. Deep bass of Richard applied filters booms along side his resy strings. It ranges from dark ambience to piano to 90's hardcore. A must have.
I hope I helped a little bit. I would go with Surfing on Sine Waves.
