cool :-) You know motorpsycho too! (ofcourse you do come from their hometown, that would explain).
I agree 94-98 were their best years, but some of the newer stuff is pretty good too i think. And live they are still incredible.
Otherwise... yeah uh, radiohead. So cliché to name them, but they're just incredible :-)

They are a good band. Probably the only mainstream band besides maybe Tool that deserves to get any money for what they are doing. Well I guess Chevelle isn't so bad either.

sigur ros godspeed you black emperor/a silver mt zion/set fire to flames/fly pan am/exhaust
mogwai do make say think the sea and cake stereolab fridge explosions in the sky arab strap add n to (x) (ok, they may be electronic..but they still rock)

first foo fighters album was great... he kinda lost it after that i think. Only a couple of good songs here and there. He could have made one great 2nd album with all the good songs from the last 3 albums :-p
I love their videos though... verry funny. So far "big me" was my favorite one... the mentos-commercials ;)
