so do you think that this board spawns a whole new breed of
musicians?
(and do you think it's a good or bad think)

I reckon at least 3 people here will be signed within 5
years.

the big question would be; if all us music makers here were
in the same room, could we make music together?

hmm..I think electronic music making tends to be a rather
solitary persuit..so hmm..dunnoo..I for one really dig
collaborating..but it still has to on your own terminal
infront of your own screen..back and forth..

think?

I always used to enjoy making tracls, not so much the
finsihed recording, but just the journey...used to do hr
long remixes... etc...

Nothing like getting reconnected with your
machine/music....

(an yeahs, I about as 100x more common than it used to be..M
used to be such so expensive...

Glad I moved out of making tune really... altho I do fancy
remixing a few tracks I've heard here recently....

i think board liek this help artists.
liek it's a whole underground community of artists here and
on watmm and tefosav and stuff.
it's good that people listen to tracks by unsigned artists
and review them

all the xltronic listeners give yourself a pat on the back
for me :)

only problem is that there's so many ppl maknig music theres
not enough listeners to support it all.

yeah, it's quite a creative community weve got here....

I reckon we should have a few more mini-contests..(i.e.
heres some samples- best tune in a week wins, Photoshop
battles etc......)...

I'm sure we can dig out some prizes for this sort of thing,
if anyone is interested??....

Yeah, great idea. Maybe have the mods shortlist the best
entrants of each weeks competition, then we can vote (maybe
only people with 150+ points in order to stop people
creating "voting accounts" especially if there are
prizes...) much like the weekly poll?
