apparently those guys in Washington are being charged with
another killing...

Another Killing Attributed to Sniper

John Allen Muhammad and John Lee Malvo, the snipers who
allegedly terrorized the Washington, DC area, have been
charged with another killing.
Ballistic evidence points them being the culprits in the
robbery and murder of a Baton Rouge woman on September 23rd,
less than two weeks before the Washington killing spree
began.
Police have also said that the scope of the investigation
may continue to widen, and that there may be more victims of
the pair in Louisiana.
