My flatemate's parents have Jimi Hendrix's certificate of
death frame in their living room- his grandfather carried
out the autopsy. Just a fun fact :)

You see loads of those plaques in the UK on houses- even if
it's like, "person x" lived here for 1 week before moving to
france, etc. I noticed Ivor Novello's house in Cardiff for
the first time at the weekend. Enid Blyton kicks ass, those
brer (sp?) rabbit books are great.

but this was her actual house. in frinton-on-sea i think.

in my birth town (lahti) there is some house where lenin

Ah, it's not in my flat unfortuantely, just at his parents
house. Still pretty cool though. His family have disease
named after them. Bit of an odd claim to fame I suppose...
