tappy. plat, psilonaut, paul okenfield, seacoast towers,
jagz kooner, seacoast alarm, wish fm, kronos quartet, josh
wink, food, delirium, island, a guy callled gerald, 112,
ILS, sara, hive, arnold, clint mansell

havnt heard of most of them... but im enjoying it

the OST isnt like song structured... just the random
fragments from the film, but this puts them into context,
which rocks

i read a review of this that said there're some really great
remixes on this (oaky, ILS, delerium in particular) and the
additional score pieces are excellent too.

however....... 112 is an r&b group!

so.. do they make a kind of song out of it..?

offline Zeus from San Francisco (United States) on 2002-10-22 21:21 [#00413606]
Points: 14042 Status: Lurker

well, yeah.

they take like the main melodies and hooks etc from the
sound track... and use them to make songs.

112 is an rnb group?

the track is basically alot of distorted noise...

??

mm.. that doesn't sound that good.. it would be pretty hard
to beat the original though..

I'll have a listen soon..

im not saying youre a lier...

but i think perhaps there is some kind of mistake... cause i
really dont see this as being a remix by an rnb group... i
could be wrong...

download the track: 112: Film Score

nah.. can't find it as yet.. did find an mp3 called "dance
(extended)" - don't think there's a track with that title
on the OST.. lets try winmx..

oh wait.. I've found 2 remixes..

offline titsworth from Washington, DC (United States) on 2002-10-22 21:45 [#00413641]
Points: 14550 Status: Lurker

yea i know it's a mistake, i'm saying either you mistyped it
or the 112 who remixed clint don't have a license to release
any of their own material in the u.s. cos their name is VERY
taken..

offline Zeus from San Francisco (United States) on 2002-10-22 21:49 [#00413644]

112 is definatly what it says on the cover

offline Zeus from San Francisco (United States) on 2002-10-22 21:52 [#00413645]
Points: 14042 Status: Lurker

hmmm... perhaps 112 isnt a person... cause there are a bunch
of scores from the film on here, but for the artist it says
stuff like this one...112, seacoast towers, seacoast alarm,
food, island, sara,arnold.

so these could be references to the tracks... but both on
the cd and on itunes, it lists them as artists...

offline titsworth from Washington, DC (United States) on 2002-10-22 21:53 [#00413646]
Points: 14550 Status: Lurker

yea, could be a track name. "tappy's intro" is a score piece
that wasn't included on the OST, not some remix by "tappy."

sara and arnold are both characters in the film.. sounds
like tracknames to me..

offline Zeus from San Francisco (United States) on 2002-10-22 21:59 [#00413654]

bastards making it all confusing!

even iTunes lists it as artists!
