monday - 11am tuesday - 8am wednesday - 9-10am thursday - 8am friday - 11am
weekends no rhyme or reason to them really. tuesdays and thursdays are near impossible ... i need my 8+ hours of sleep .. need and want it :) (actually 10 is even better .. after that it gets a bit silly).

rise @ 8am w/alarm, 9:15 on weekends without alarm.
I find similarities with jand. If I only get 4-5 hours of sleep, then I am ok, REALLY, for the next day.
Now, if I get 8 hours, I don't wanna get up, yet if I get like 10, I'm rolling.
dunno what that means, but in the end, 7 hours everyday keeps me healthy. In bed @ 12, up @ 8ish.

8, sometimes at 7
I need 9 hours of sleep for feel good when waking up.
I read somewhere that in other ages people used to sleep more than 9 hours daily, maybe because they haven't tv's, computer's, etc at the time... and others say that is the reason why those people had very long lifes.
Btw, good night.

longer lives eh? well .. if you sleep 8 hours a day, that's a 1/3 of your life spent sleeping .. kinda weird to think about it that way.

yeah... i think tiredness is totally a state of mind..... for me it changes all the time, but i went through one period, when my friend convinced me that you didn't need (much) sleep, of feeling really chirpy every morning, no matter how little sleep i got.... not recently though...
But anyway, what do yous think?? Cos, even when you're asleep, you're still active, alive bla bla.... 2 hours of meditation a day would be better than most of the types of sleep the people have on this messageboard???? maybe..

yeah,... I set my alarm to whatever time,... and i will wake up 3 minutes before it goes off
I used to work morning shift at coles supermarkets, 5:00 AM,.. I had to wake up at 2:30 walk down the uni dorm to the showers, (10 minutes walk through the freezing cold) have a shower and get dressed, (I have to shower when I first wake up, or else I don't wake up)
3:15 by now, pack my bag 3:30 by now Ride my bike to work (the trains here don't run until 6:00AM) 4:30 by now use company showers and dress into my suit 4:45 Drink five truckloads of company subsidised coffee
then start work 5:15
I have to take my time this early in the morning

apparantly sleeping to the north increases your quality of sleep,.. I know what you're thinking but they reckon it has something to do with your bodies elctromagnetic field (generated through the signals sent around the body) and the rotation of the earth, I works for me, even if it's working like a placebo, so I have no complaints
