Is Akira the most famous anime? I say it is (it's the one I
hear the most about), but this fucker denies it. Tell me I'm
right. I love being right.

Ninja Scroll and Princess Mononoke are the only two I've
seen that I enjoyed. Most of them are plagued by awkward
dialogue and drawn out waaay too long.

Akira's pretty well-known.

Lookin' good boys, thanks.

The only one I've really seen is Ninja Scroll... you're
right, animes tend to be pretty slow paced.

I actually already have Akira on my harddrive, gonna watch
it soon. Hope I haven't been set up for a let down, all this
hype...

wasn't that inot ghost in the shell
the way it knida built up and then .....
i thoughtt here would be a super battle to end all
superbattles after she fought the tank with the gattlign
guns thingies, but then it just sorta finished.

the storyline was cool but i couldnt beb bothered figgering
it all out

AKIRA on the other hand is according to me the best movie
ever created. love it so much i bought the video, then the
comics (all 6 tomes) and then the dvd.
i am an akira nut i even know the colonels sirname and
kanedas first name
(shikishmia and shotaro respecitvely)

sorry, i just love the fuckin thing to death.

It was a stand-alone vhs collection (now it's on dvd), long
before it was on Cartoon Network though. Cowboy Bebop was
created back in 1998. It kind of sucks though, because they
edited out some parts of the episodes, and some episodes
weren't even aired, even on Aldut Swim.
