Hey, if its still legal to buy property on the moon we should do it. its like 5 bucks or something eh? that way when the technology is good enough and we have colonies on the moon..we can say 'hey, get off our land. this is aphextwin.nu property!' right? id say that would be awesome! lets do it.

I claim this land for Spain.
What about all that land in Antartica? The forgotten continent? The last great frontier? Countries don't yet hold claim to most parts of the landmass if I'm not mistaken. See, my theory is that when the ozone hole starts melting the ice caps and causes global warming, antarctica will become temparate (maybe even balmy!). And there's all that land down there that's just sitting around with nothing on it. Sure, near the pole there is perpetual darkness, but you could still probably survive.
I'd love to start a colony and then promplty build several beach communities and club-med resorts. It's a goldmine, i'm tellin you!

I remember ordering some ''moon land'' online a few years ago! At first I was ecstatic, but the novelty wore off... not like I'll ever be able to use my lunar landscape.

I thought wasn't owned by anybody therefore meaning that whoever lands in it can claim as much as they want.

Dunno, this was way back in grade 9 or something. I got my mom to use her credit card to buy me a few square meters of moon land after I saw a story on the news. I could build an outhouse or something on there, nothing more. :-/
What a fucking con job that was, come to think of it!

someday, when we live on the moon, and have cities and such... itll be so awesome... cause we'll be able to see it from earth.
imagine looking up at the moon, and seeing city clusters
what a surreal experiance that will be
i hope it happens in my life time

definatly, technology will probubly get so good that telescopes could actually zoom in close enough to see people walking around ..... that would be nuts!

also, if we terra form it, or just make lots of cities or something... it wont be white...
we wont get that nice reflection from the sun that gives us moon light....
wierd...
i wonder if we would see it anymore?
maybe wed just see clusters of lights, where the cities are...
much to think about...
