I've never been a big fan of DJ's simply cause they don't make music just spin other peoples but I went to a show the other night and there was this skinny little asian kid that was mixing aphex twin songs and cylob and autechre it was really good mixing too. Like he'd take a beat from autechre and mix it with a melody from selected ambient works and then he would go into some cylob with a hip hop beat behind it.
I wish I could remember his name.

sounds awesome! have you heard of a Eva Cazal? She's a DJ, and supposedly she plays loads of experimental hardcore stuff. Including Merzbow, anything from Warp/Rephlex. She's a big fan of RDJ and Mr. Funk as well....It would've been cool to catch her show sometime...

he did a mix of bucephalus bouncing ball and a hip hop beat and it was especially impressive that he could match the beats so well.

he also mixed this 80s song with the beat from that one aphex ep with 73 yips on it, the first song on that ep. it was good.
