i got it (ulead) made a great avatar, but now how can i
resize it and keep the download? i cant find the
tool...thanks

Open your Gif in Ulead.
In "file" menu click "Save as" and "Image Frames" + "Export
all Frames" and then you can open all the pics in Photoshop
to resize and do whatever you want (apply effects etc. This
is the fun part)
Then you open a NEW Image in ulead and set the same size as
the pics 60x80 .
In "File" menu click "Add Image" to import the rezised pics
(60x80).
Voila!

You can also import all your pics to 60x80 frames and then
rezise them by double clicking on the objects (the pics to
the right , the frames are the ones at the bottom ) and then
set the Object size.
In the objects column you can also set transparency if you
want to fade pictures into eachother and stuff.
