I could recommend you some artists, but I'd have to know what kind of IDM you like. - Jega: Geometry album is more math-glitch type of music. Lots of FX, filters, noisy sounds but basically very cool - Astrobotnia: I can only base a description on the album part 3, haven't heard 1 & 2 yet. It's more melodic IDM....a combination of BoC, Aphex, Autechre etc. (the major IDM artists) - BoC: you will not find drill 'n bass here. It's more relaxed kind of music, but not ambient. - Hrvatski: He's good at drill 'n bass but he always has this organic, relaxing edge to his music. Listen to Ad Veracundiam and Hecate (2 great tracks) Hope this helps??? |
