go check out Sexy Beast and listen to the movie score! man
that kicked ass in the theater! the theater soundsystem was
just poundin' to U.N.K.L.E!.... and yea endtroducing

I got into DJ shadow from the movie Dark Days check out the
site you can hear building steam bein' looped on the site

ENtroducing.......in a GREAT INtroduction!

it's my first Shadow......and what memories i have of my
first listen. i now OWN the CD. i think my next purchase
will be one of his older CD's although i like private
press!

dark days was a masterpiece.....see that movie......it's a
perfect combo of film and music....i NEED to own this film.

Endtroducing for sure. I can remember vivdly, the sounds of
Making Steam the first time I heard it. It was a revelation.
Don't bother with the Private Press; it was a let down to
rival the second time you ever have sex.

I got The Private Press first and then Endtroducing. I would
recommend this to you as well.
Most people who had Endtroducing first seem to be
disappointed with The Private Press, but I adore both
albums.

Probably has something to do with 'wrong' expectations after
Endtroducing I guess.

totally agree. don't expect "Endtroducing Part II" made 6
years later. if he was going to not change his style he'd
just have released something a year after.
