On sunday night(uk) (tommorow!)8mm is on ,which shows aphex twin ,yay.Just something for you to look out for. The song 'Come to Daddy' is played twice in the movie 8MM. The first time it is played as the theme song to a hardcore porn flick, and the second time it is actually played as the background music to 8MM, upon Nicholas Cage's entering of the "bad guy's" house. Also, if you have very good eyes, you will catch that the music video for Come to Daddy is being played on a small tv in (hardcore porn director) Dino Velvet's office. 8mm was a few weeks ago on Belgian tv. I really like that movie. off course the come to daddy scene is the best of the whole movie! =o) That song really fits the scene. I would even say it's a part of the scene, and not background music. |

So did anyone see it,I did good film. Worth waiting hours to see a 20 sec piece of come to daddy.Did anyone see the t.v playng the vid for 5 secs? And obviously you you heard it again in the killers house on the record player. It wasn't background music ,it was actually a part of the film itself. |

8mm from my point ofview isn't a good movie... to much turning around the subject without getting in it at any time... quite Chamalan's zombie style i cant understand RDJ for such things like 4 commercials too ...! |

8mm is a disturbing movie, it has dark setting, and it show you all the worst things of pornography black market. Memorable the scene where the vinyl with the smiling face of RDJ turn on the record player... Nicolas Cage met Aphex and power of Come to Daddy :) |
