Lights on! 9/11
As a way of commemorating the September the 11th disaster
people are being encouraged across the world to join in
unison by driving in daylight hours with thier headlights
on.

I don't think an explanation is needed as to why this day is
so important.

You may already know about this as it has been very widely
communicated via e mail .

Feel free to join in and spread the word to commemorate
those that lost their lives saving so many others.

Okay, It's nice to show support, but this ?! How crap !

hm.. here it's illegal to drive without your lights on, even
at day.

it's a bit on the pathetic side, but I guess we'll be seing
a lot of that tomorrow.

If I were to be killed in a horrible, violent terrorist
attack, I sure would've appreciated it if somebody drove
around with their lights turned off for a day. It's all
about respect.

what gets me is that bush and blair have chosen this week to
launch their propaganda offensive against iraq, a week when
the WTC attacks will be guarenteed to have maximum media
exposure, this iraq issue is not about terrorism, it's about
oil........

No, no, no. How cynical of you. Its about freedom, democracy
and ending global terrorism. Bombs create peace. It sounds a
bit illogical but that's the beauty of it.
