in case the board's not online for me to post this later, i wanted you to know that my first radio show of the semester will be in 8 hours. that's at 10pm eastern standard time. some of you listened to my show in the spring and i appreciate that. it's really quite an awesome show if i do say so myself. you can tune in online via windows media player stream. click the image in the top right to begin the stream. i'm not going to pressure anyone to listen but i wanted you to know about it being tonight. thanks :) |

one mo' gin I will forever curse myself for missing his show here in stockholm. It has become legendary , and described as one of the best live shows ever. I heard it on the radio , gone was the intimacy of voodoo and instead he created a big funkfest ala James Brown/ George Clinton. |
