ok, i'm aware of the whole shitty situation, with those
squatters taking the "www.planet-mu.com" site. but what's
the official ransom the squatters are asking for?

2000$ (as mentioned on the planet-mu mb)

or

200 000$ (as mentioned on warprecords.com)

i understand not wanting to pay 200 000$us, that would be
insane. but if the ransom is actually only 2000$us, why not
pay up?

anyone here knows?

its $2000.

Mike P's label is a non-profit-label. just of lately has he
broken even. this is really a labour of love. there IS no
money.

also, I guess they don't want to bend over for the shit
thats squatting there.

so i guess warp made a mistake...

if it really is only 2000$, he'll surely pay up ventually.
www.planet-mu.com is printed everywhere, in every add they
put up in magaines, on their albums... i know it hurts to
pay such an asshole, but i cant see it otherwise... but im
aware of the planet-mu financial problems though.

200 000$ on the other hand...

well, if you don't have any excess money, $2000 is a LOT!

yeah, i get what youre saying. but changing the url is
surely going to cost them more in the end. im sure mike p
has invested a lot in www.planet-mu.com...

either way, the situation's pretty fucked up! never thought
it would happen to the "little guy". why dont they pick on
the bigger companies?
