dischord is one of the best labels I think. list all the bands you like from the label, I like: Bluetip, el Guapo, Embrace, Fugazi, Lungfish, Makeup, Minor threat, Pupils, Circus lupus, haqppy go licky, Hoover, Nation of ulysses, rites of spring, Faraquet, 1 last wish list fugazi albums in order you like best: im not sure if this list here is in correct order but its hard to put their albums in order anyways 1. end hits 2.repeater+3 songs 3.in on the killtaker 4.steady diet 5.red medicine 6.argument 7.13 songs |

Minor Threat / Fugazi rock. I like all the Minor Threat stuff (what there is of it) and the Repeater stuff. They make a great noise but I can't dig the whole straight edge thing. Makes a change from the old rock n roll cliches I guess but... |

whats wrong with making a change, it was time for one. I like their straight edge attitude anyways. I think to fully like those bands you must think the same way. not saying people who dont like straight edge cant listen but liking the attitude and music just gives you a better understanding of the band(s). |

The way i see it, I might drink alcohol and smoke weed etc, but I don't knock anyone for NOT doing it, & respect people's decision. It's cool. But I don't like people enforcing a positive attitude! Know what I mean? |

I dont think fugazi are tryin to enforce anything. I think theyre saying theres more to life than just drinking and smoking and hurting yourselves with these things. |

I hate when people who do smoke\drink criticize me for not doing them. its like they dont understand that I dont think like them and they dont realize that there are other choices aside from smoking\drinking. smoking is worse if you ask me because i mean it can give you cancer for cryin out loud. I htae breathin in that shit, I feel like its killing me slowly when I do. I know the chances arent huge of getting it but there up there. Id rather not take my chances with drugs at all |
