ok, what's your IQ? go to this website, take the test,
don't cheat, and report back here, it should be interesting
if everyone does it fairly:

I thought the basis of IQ tests was that they AREN'T
interesting ...

If you've ever had a Member of MENSA blubbering on to you
about their inordinately high IQ , you'd realise that :)

(thats not to say you are uninteresting BTW core, just that
IQ results are pointless indicators of .... well, anything
worthwhile really)

cents."

you must be dumb to think answering a few questions =
determining your IQ above 130 as this is impossible. as the
quotient goes (as you well know, being intelligent) is
exponential, i.e., the further up the scale you go, the more
accurate you need to be.

if your IQ is 163 this makes you more intelligent than the
enitre population of australia bar paul hogan

Is there any practical use for the number outside of
personal curiosity? Would look silly on a resume, and there
are few things that will make people hate you so fast and
announcing to them that they're dumb compared to you. Fine
for message boards, poisonous for real life, I guess.

oh I am too dumb to even properly cut and paste the address
with much success..how is that done again?..you take a pair
of scissors..and cut it off the screen???

btw The IQ tests are a products of the Social Darwinists who
envisioned them as a tool for the elimination process of the
mentally weak and inapproprite to breed..a version of it was
used to adjudge and remove the refuse of the race by the
Nazi's...plus the tests are loaded with bias designed so
that ethnic minorities would perform poorly and hence be
kept at an arms length from most of the job, educational and
social oppertunities

like I said I am probably score like 20 or 30 on account of
being..dumb and brown..

hehe, this sure was a stupid test.

i took a psychometry class a couple years ago, and let me
tell you, this is far from being a complete iq test! real
iq tests usually come in multiple choices, not true or
false.

i was surprised to find out this test 'gives' me a 147 iq.
2 or three questions i had no idea about (ie how many ounces
blah blah blah ---> i was brought up with the metric
system with grams and kilograms).

anyway, it's an amusing test nonetheless, just dont think
your result is official. even the real ones arent 100%
accurate (if you took the WAIS two or three times, you
probably wont get the same result)...

Core maintains her lead, but I scored 154. Yay!
But it's obviously not an real IQ test anyway.

lol- my dad was the president of the upstate new york
chapter of mensa for 2 years
he wasn't capable of getting me to take one of these stupid
tests, neither was his wife...
i honestly see no point in figuring out a number that has
little or no relevance to whether or not you will "succeed"
in life, which people who don't succeed in life cling to
because they have nothing else to brag about.
sorry if i pissed any one off with that, but that's how i
feel.

a whole bunch of scientists are saying (and have been saying
for the past 15 years) that iq has nothing to do with
anything in your life, unless it's laughably low- and if
yours is you probably can't read this message or type a
response, so i see no need to spare your feelings.
these scientist however, have been siting a new quotient
"eq" (emotional quotient) which determines the way in which
you react to real situations, people on the high end will
naturally tend to get better jobs and have more active
social lives, where as people who aren't are likely to be
musicians who post on internet message boards durring
obscene hours of the night.

oh and despite the fact that mensa bosts the 98th
percentile- that equates to about 75% of the people on this
planet- so don't ever let a mensan put you down, your i.q.
is likely to be at least as hi as his/hers and the fact that
you're NOT IN MENSA tends to imply that you have at least an
average e.q.
...
yeah it's obvious that i'm reeeeeeeeeal bored...
