Isn't it something like, "It's nice to ahve someone around
the house..." then someone else replies, but you can't make
out what they're saying? Try putting some filters on it and
listening to it loud through headphones...

yeah... its a train platform tanoy thinghy.. squarepusher

I think its the Telephone filter that you can get on
expensive effects units found in most Studios.
