A bitter neighbourhood dispute over barking dogs and loud
music ended in tragedy. Antonio Giampietro's daughters
in-law Jill Giampietro and Fiona Giampietro and
granddaughter Kristine say the family is devastated at the
way he died.

The Victorian Coroner's Court today found that Mr
Giampietro's death from a heart attack was triggered by a
dispute with his neighbour, Brian D'Sylva.

The court found that after Mr Giampietro, 75, and wife Olga
Giampietro complained to council about the noisy dogs, Mr
D'Sylva deliberately baited his elderly neighbours by
regularly and loudly playing music.

Basically this guy didn't like his neighbours dog barking so
he played "Who Let the Dogs Out" over and over! A newspaper
described the song as "irritating"!

yeah i saw that on a current affair last night, i have

yeah nothing in one, i go to a boarding school so all my
friends are there and i have none around Portland....but on
Monday i am back to that weekend will be a big one....but at
least Geelong one the footy tonight ;-)
