YO! i was in Forbidden Planet today, and i found out that
titan is reissuing the old stories - i picked up a nice
hardback edition of Cursed Earth for £20 :) and i'm gonna
get Judge Death, ABC Warriors, and DR and Quinch! :) ...
still waiting for Judge Child... and does anyone remember
Chopper the grafitti artist?? i really wanna remember the
name of that story! :-/ so i can try to get it! :)

I can remember buying the first issue of 2000AD when I was a
kid...and then Judge D came along in issue 2...I was
hooked...

I bet those early issues would be worth a far bit of money
nowadays...can't recall what happened to em, probably my mum
threw em out...:(..

my older brother collected them too - he had TONS and TONS!!
and all the great early issues too - he WAS going to sell
them all for a vast amount of money, but instead.....i think
he just gave them to a friend.... ;-O... do you remember
chopper, jand? that was rad :)

the graphics novels are "judge dredd vs the midnight surfer"
and just "chopper" which i think i have/had somewhere..

i have a copy of Zenith - it's ok, not one of my faves

thanx for the Chopper titles :)!

and, yeah, nemesis! how could i forget him! he was great

i was just reading the intro of Cursed Earth - check and see
if you have issues #71-72,77-78... these contain dredd
storylines that aren't allowed to be reproduced (they
feature a burger war and a crazed scientist who resembles
the KFC colonel respectively)... i expect those issues are
worth a packet!

i reckon they would be -- if they're in good nick ;) you can
probably find a resource on the internet, or even goto ebay
and see what gives - the old titan graphic novels aren't
that expensive...

marlowe: nope, can't rememebr chopper, doesn't ring any
bells...remind me...is that from early 2000AD??...

But yeah, I do remember Strontium Dog...that mutant guy,
yeah?...

The only other things I remember is some Roman Nubian story
(I see a pic in my head of some bald coloured guy in a roman
skirt...) & those Droids (the big jawed garbage chomper and
his hardcore mate...)...

Shite, this is like so long ago...when did 2000AD first come
out...it must have been like 1978 or something...

Is THARG still the editor?...

^^^ those Droids were the ABC Warriors, I think...

fuck, wish I could remember more; I used to wait at the
front door each week waiting for my 2000AD to turn up; it
was a major diaster in my little world if it was missing or
late :).....

think I might get myself some of the graphic novels of
2000AD to remind me a bit more....
