the second half of this match is gonna be nervewracking for sweden reckon -- what with senegal a) being denied a legitimate penalty shout b) being denied a legitimate goal -- could have been 3-1 --- --- plus, i would imagine them senegalese will deal with the continuing heat -- looks like sweden need a little luck, or another goalkeeping error, to get thru!! i must admit that my loyalties are stretched -- i love the african teams style of play (except some of the dull northern teams like egypt) |

Sweden-Senegal 1-1 in first half. Shit!!!!! it's not looking good at all. Its all Senegal , they are given to much space and time. We must control the ball more. Senegal plays dirty to , lots of arms. Someone need to tell them this is not hockey for christ sake!!!!!! One swede in bandage alredy , crappy refere. Not good at all.... Yes its just football =) But it hurts so bad , i had so high hopes , sweden had been so good. They won the tuffest group , but today they had nothing left to give. Now im going fishing with a mate , clear my mind a bit. See you guys later. Nacmat good luck today , im sure Spain will make it. |

yeah, i think that the sweden/england/nigeria/argentina group was the toughest also -- all 4 teams good enough to get thru normally - but this world cup has been defined by its twists and turns! now, i would say even a england/belgium quarter final is on!! (goddam i hope so - the prospect of facing brazil don't cheer me up!!) |
