i find when im dreaming im pushed from a thing to the next, not ever feeling in control of anything, im shown revelations of stuff ive been working on and then some random situations but I never feel a grip on them like i feel in wake life, i mean its impossible to make any predictions of what will happen next. others report otherwise (being in a world much more under their control than during dreams compared to wake life) how about yall |

My gf has been giving me melatonin gummies and i've dreamt every night after i took them. Last night: I had a dream i climbed up a ladder that was very narrow about 6 inches wide and it was about 60 foot high onto a small green platform like a video game then later on i was singing that King song love and pride in karaoke in a restaurant a bit like that fall video, hit the north but not quite as dilapidated with old people and i had a spangley suit and a mullet also there was a large ufo in the sky but i discovered it was just a reflection of some photograph reflected in a mirror |

i've had dreams where i felt in total control, with exceptional clarity, but on waking up it's obvious that it was an illusion. the choices that i felt i was making were as arbitrary as in any dream. that is all lucid dreaming is imo. says something about consciousness probably. |

Talking of toilets, I have a recuring dream of soiling myself, and then finding shit everywhere. So I shit the bed say, then suddenly it's all up the wall and in the carpet, everywhere I look. And I try to clean it up but it's impossible. I don't think one need be an expert to surmise that this doesn't augur anything good. |

setting side the content, my dreams take place in darkly tinged, errantly expansive facsimiles of locations from my day to day life. Everything is too wide open, everything is strange. it is your subconscious that takes over your consciousness when you dream. It is quite logical that you then have the feeling of 'losing control'.
