Hi, my directx install has become corrupted somehow.
Everytime I install a new game, (this started when I get
Hellgate London), I have to redownload some of the d3dx9 and
d3dx10 dlls to get the games to function. For Hellgate, I
just had to download d3dx9_34.dll and d3dx10_34.dll and the
game worked. For crysis, I was getting the same error for
the d3dx10_35.dlls. I redownloaded those but now it's
telling me that the D3DCompiler_34.dll isn't working, but I
can't find any download sites where I can get just that
file. Everytime I try to install Direct X from Microsoft's
installer, it tells me my cabinet files are corrupted, and
the install fails.

What I need is someone to go into their windows/system32
folder and find the D3DCompiler_34.dll and
D3DCompiler_35.dll (preferably after you've installed the
newest version of directX), and either e-mail them to me or
host the files on a free file hosting website. If someone
could do this for me, I'd be forever grateful.

thanks for trying, man.

Do you think you could try doing a windows search in your
system32 folder for those files? I suppose you might not
have them if you have an older video card, but if you
install the newest version of DirectX, the files should be
there.
