Hey guys, i was just trying to figure out where to find a
Real good slicer tool for ableton, Something like Liveslice,
where you can actually manually slice your beats, for an OSX
cause liveslice is just windows. I

(also) i use ableton for most sliceing, but theres no way to
actually do what something like liveslice does with just
ableton

Live 7 is just around the corner, there's some new
functionality regarding slices if I remember it
correctly.... (doesn't use Live myself)

that'd be amazing if they did that, plus all the all the
other stuff thats planned too. i cant wait to see the new
drum machine/sampler that they made

this new sampler is meant to slice automatically things into
pieces so this might be quite fun.

there are plenty of things like this in reaktor 5 though

Yeah Live 7's got a cool slicing thing. Can't wait to get
hold of it after Xmas.
