I made this by recording a guitar part, and then improvising over top of it. Then, I'd play the new part and improvise over that...sort of like the telephone game. Then I just arranged the loops into a song.

The creation method is interesting. The end result sounds ok but not super spectacular or anything. Have you used actionscript 3 yet, or still a previous version? I'm getting this book soon which has the basic beginnings of 16 simple games.

Nope, I haven't tried AS3. The book sounds interesting enough. Hopefully it comes with a CD-ROM with the games on it... that would be a much less frustrating way to learn programming than starting with a blank screen and then typing in code.
I learned a lot about programming just by modifying the QBasic Nibbles and Gorilla games that came with DOS.
