Hi guys, this is a track made by my friend Chris. He worked
hard on it and is looking for some honest feedback regarding
the song. I suggested that posting it here might be a good
way to get some more feedback, but he didn't want to create
an account just to spam his music. He understands that this
is a community of sorts and doesn't want to annoy anyone, so
I volunteered to post it for him. Feel free to have a
listen.

"Sorry, the free service is at full capacity."

Damn, sucks.

Tell him to sign up for ZeBox or GarageBand.com

ah, neither of us was aware that sendspace's free servers
get filled up so quickly... I'll have him look into ZeBox.
thanks for trying to listen marlowe. I'll try to get a
working link posted soon.

oh, and Chris and I have just noticed that the ZeBox version
somehow got slowed down upon mix-down or upload, one of the
two. Try the Sendspace link for the regular speed version..
ahh this is not going as planned, haha.

ok, the Zebox page has both versions of the song uploaded
now, the real speed (original speed) and the slowed down
one. No need to bother with the sendspace page.

It was pretty nice, but despite all the time and effort
creating it I probably wouldn't listen to it more than once.
Music is a dated art form. These days IDM is all about
knocking down elaborate dominoe setups using potential/kinetic energy

Reminds me a lot of Mimi Majik, especially the beginning,
until the beat kicks in, when it turns into a more
glitchy/jerky variation of the opening idyll.

Actually, I thought it was pretty much awesome. Set in the
countryside, right?

"Set in the countryside, right?"

Not sure, I'll have to ask him. :)

thanks for listening, guys.
