I remember watching a behind the scenes Sesame Street documentary on PBS; it was really odd. The actors who moved the little black sticks and puppet mouths revealed themselves. At one point, Big Bird removed the complete upper half of his body to become an overweight man with a beard. I was gutted. This was a couple of years ago. My connection's too slow to watch most clips, but this Bert and Ernie chocolate ice cream sketch has got me cracking up. When you're young, most of the humor flies right over your head, haha. And all these big name guests? Incredible! |
