light is made up of electromagnetic waves - occilating
degrees of positive and negative "charge" who's net charge
is 0.

So yes and no!

What we know as light is another entire universe imprinted
on the same space and time fabric as ours, but mostly tucked
away from our observability into the 17th dimension. All
that we are able to see is its metachlorian glow from that
transcends into our own dimension, but if we could somehow
unwrap it we would find another universe that is quite
different but equally bizarre as ours. Similarly, our own
universe is experienced as a form of light to beings in that
universe and so the two universi grew and co-evolved like
the flower and honey bee.
