Midnight-Express is my favorite but I agree that the musical score really added to the mood and atmosphere of the movie even tho you gave no reasons to why it's the best score ever.

I actually find the score slightly annoying, even though I would never change it. I love everything Sergio Leone has done.
Clint Eastwood was such a bad ass back in the day.

Here is the score in case anyone forgot.
WAAYEEAAAEEAAAAAA! woo, wwoo, woo
WAYEEAAEEEEEEEEE! woo, wwoo, woo, woo
I hope its obvious that the double doubleyous, ie quadrupleyous sorta indicate change in pitch but I was to lazy to add more quadrupleyous on the last two woos. What a masterpiece!

The good the bad and the ugly is amazing, as is all of leones work, i hate the conventional western but what leone turned it into was an art form, so stylish and cool, the dollars trilogy and once upon a time in the west are 4 of my absoloute favourite films, im doing leone for my small scale research project/presentation for film studies as it happens.
Leone/eastwood/morriconne one of the best director, actor and musician trios ever.
