 | so ive recently begun leaving my macbook in inverted mode - everything looks so much cooler, and websites are much
easier to read (light on dark colors are easier on the eyes
 than dark on light).

 ctrl-alt-cmd-8 ftw.

 | haha
 didn't know that. thx.

but why in the hell would you want to use firefox on a mac?
it's as bloated and bugged as if you're using iexplorer.

 | truth be told, ive had some recent odd problems with firefox, namely stumbleupon keep completely disappearing. it
appearing in add ons and all, but the tool bar is nowhere to
be found (ive tried setting the tool bar to different
locstion, reinstalling both stumble and ff and the only
 solution is appzapping ff.)

what browser would you recommend for os x? i transferred
from windows to mac a year ago and just assume ff was the
 best solution.

 | I personally use the latest version of safari (which is a public beta - until the release of Leopard) which is OK. It
is a lot faster than earlier versions, but a beachball can
still happen from time to time. Camino works well too, but i
prefer safari due to better integration with other iLife
 apps.

on a tangent: i'm looking forward to the release of leopard
the end of the week. if everything happens as planned, i'll
have my copy this friday. i heard it runs faster than tiger
 - a feat which windows-users won't believe could still exist
 :-)
