Hi. Welcome to the board.
He is simply very good at what he does. It's also been said he used to mess around with his own synths to get odd sounds out of them. Nobody can tell you why his music sounds unique and is nearly impossible to imitate, but it's one of the reasons why his tunes still sound so good all these years later.

Thanks for the welcome.
My friend also said something about how he got all of the sounds from his brother that dies or something all that?

no, that's where he got the name from.
His twin brother died (shortly after birth i believe), and to honor him he called himself Aphex Twin.
