dj krush is what initially got me into music. autechre/gescm
just blew my head up w/ it... do you think popular musicians
listen to cd's that fans just toss at you or am i better off
just sayin hi and offering redbull and thansk and goin about
my business? im nervous i guess

when i saw squarepusher @ trees in DFW several years ago, a
guy cose to the stage threw a CD at tom like a frisbee and
it almost hit him. it was a plastic case - the guy got
kicked out and was like "JESUS CHRIST, OK! GOD! I'LL LEAVE!"

Handing over CD-Rs just doesn't cut it these days, you've
got to hand over an iPod fully loaded with your tracks and
with you reading out a dissertation on how your mind was
blown by trip hop and your visions of mechbots breakdancing

that was the most motherfucking ill thing i have seen this
year by far

fucking INSANE. he fucked it up bad, like, hip hop
death-metal style. jesus fucking christ. SO good. nothing
else i can really say. if hes comin to your town you gotta

fucking yes there was a lot of bass.

like halfway thru his set he played this sick ass beat and
was cutting in & out this shamisen style guitar playing, if
i remember correctly his timing was just sick - and doing
mega-cuts on the beat getting it all hardcore and
speed-metal just how i usually like it,
