A friend of mine that I've been planning on starting a
musical project with might be moving out there for his
career in dental imaging (taking pics of peoples teeth -
just what he does to pay the bills, not his passion), and
I've got best friends from Vancouver BC, one of which might
be moving back out there, and one of which still lives
there. Plus I love the city of Seattle. :) So career-wise,
there's no job offer awaiting me, but I'm going to see if I
can remedy that. :)

Yeah Seattle is FAV+
What line of work do you do-
I have the day off, need to mow and take down some branches,
do so more laundry and shit today.

I'm working for a friend's dad who owns his own company, at
the moment. It's an IT and server design company, but I
don't do any of the technical stuff. I basically act as a
liaison between the mega-nerds who employ me and their
potential clients, as I have the people skills they lack. My
boss has great people skills, but he can't be bothered to do
everything, hehe. I'm more or less a glorified secretary at
the moment. I'm actually finishing up a business degree and
plan on taking whatever job offers decent benefits, as my
overall goal is to open up my own company. I just need a job
to support myself while my partners and I iron out our
ideas. :)

Exactly. While it would be nice to be a superstar with a
full staff and no responsibilities, I feel that working to
support yourself is its own reward. Years ago I would have
frowned upon the idea of basically being a secretary, but
really it's not so bad. There are worse, more depraved
things that people do to pay the bills, so it's all good.

oh, and it's only temporary. Not planning on making a career
out of talking on the phone, haha!

Zephyr, would I owe you royalties if I dressed up as a
squirrel with a big, hairy nut sack?

Hey, I could keep my candy in there.

LoL @ keeping the candy in there. you wouldn't owe me
anything, except maybe a photo of you wearing the costume so
I could see how the final product turned out. :)

Ok, hopefully I can find a costume at Wal-Mart or Walgreens.
If they don't have them for sale, I suggest we produce them
and go into business together. I'll be happy with a 20
percent cut since it's your idea after all :)

I think it'd be a hit. Everyone would want to kick the
squirrel in the nuts. Hell, it could be a new Halloween
past-time. Screw pin the tail on the donkey or bobbing for
apples, I'm gonna go kick some squirrel in the nads.

well, the avatar was my idea, but it was your idea to turn
it into a halloween costume. How's 50/50 split sound to you?

let me know how the search for materials to make it goes. My
mom's really great at sewing, perhaps I could ask her for
some pointers if you plan on making one from scratch?

How many squirrels do you think will need to be shaved bald
to complete one suit? We are gonna have to also be
specifically on the lookout for one with a bean bag in
between his legs. If I don't have the real mats I don't want
to even do it. And our customers will feel the same way too,
I'm sure.

Dont know where you got the idea that americans are pansy
ass when it comes to halloween, Ive never seen a cowboy
bellydancer costume and only serial killers zombies or
something sexy..

I am going as a Combine Soldier. my friend is going as a
Zombine soldier. my other friend will be Gordon Freeman if
he cant come up with the suit he will be Morgan freeman and
just narrorate the whole night.

Okay you win. I really like both ideas, so maybe your friend
could be Morgan Freeman dressed up as Gordon Freeman for
Halloween.
