It's only those wacky English. Us Welsh actually have some semblance of a state funded (NHS) dental service so can actually get our teeth done for free, or very little, likewise, our university tuition fees are merely rapacious, rather than "you belong to us now" expensive. The English spunk all their money up the wall on fripperies like the 2012 olympics "Lisa Simpson on her knees" logo and consequently can't afford these sort of luxuries. |
