The last few times I've smoked, it's made my life worse. People telling me I am shit and that I don't belong anywhere. I "imagine" these things when I get stoned, it's almost enough to make me quit. |

every weed smoking gets that sympthom eventually, the only way out of it is either to focus your attention on something else or take a break. nobody needs to smoke every day, it'll make your life miserable - try adjusting it to a healthy 2-4 times a week, then you will enjoy yourself while smoking. and, always smoke strong shit, never smoke mediocre quality. |

i gave up smoking. somehow i did it...i never beleived it possible it takes practice to get it right ..after a few attempts its easy..and you dont feel like your gonna die of cancer anymore...thats a nice feeling ...beats smoking any shit. i never thought i could work on my computer again when i gave up...this was the worring thing...i had to much energy ,,,i couldnt concerntrate ..but im Better now!! man i can sit infront if my machines and not feel tired or worn out ..i do more.. i built a system for a friend ...i dont think i would have finished in the time i had , had i been smoking. hard to beleive the hardest thing is of course sociallising with alcohol ect...problem is if you smoke on a friday/staurday ..and not duriong the week you are SCREWED!!! you can't concentrate your constatly fighting the craving....well thats how i feel ...it took me a few days to give up ...then a couple of weeks to get my concertrating back..but i havent been out at all. haha..just working...if you can call it that :) just a few freqy thoughts on the shit that nearly killed me and is killing my friends. just eat mushrooms. |
