i'll never pay for a digital download. the concept of this is beyond me and will remain a mystery to me forever.
so to answer your question, i don't give a toss.

Why not?
I still want to buy CDs and all, but I feel kind of stupid and uselessly materialistic doing that.

Well, I suppose it's less materialistic and perhaps even better for the environment to purchase digital cds. I admit I love great cd artwork though, it adds something palpable to the experience, I'm not sure why. It also sucks when your harddrive gets fried and you had been putting off burning cd hard-copies of your mp3s as you didn't know that a harddrive was liable or even likely to fry. Hehe, I'm talking about myself of course, and it's a good bit my fault for only converting about 10% of the music I'd purchased on the web (mostly from small labels) to cd, but losing any data in a harddrive crash sucks, especially music you can't easily or cheaply replace. Granted, physical cds are vulnerable to scratching and wear over time, so they aren't the solution either. I'll shut up now. :)

well i'd bought more old bleep/warp stuff like drexciya & elektroids if it wasnt 192kbit. i still dont understand why warp aint repressing those 2 records. i mean, i'm sure they's sell more of drexciya/elektroids than most of their latest releases.
i know music is abstract but with mp3s i miss the artwork/credits. all those things you can read while listening to LPs (+ huge artworks)

I think CD's suck. If I buy a material format for music I want vynil. Its special to me. Like a nice vintage adidas track suit.

yeah I like vinyls too, but I've never had a collection to speak of, just a few rare lps from bands/musicians I like as more of a collectors thing. I don't actually play them, though I have a record player at my parents house waiting for me should I ever want it. It's just that there aren't really any good shops in my area that carry warp/skam/etc vinyls, as far as I know.
