It is mate (in the UK at least). Unless there are all sorts of procedures to secure the chain of evidence and you can prove at no time anyone would have been able to tamper with it. Unless you're the filth of course, in which case any grainy video that bears a remote resemblence to the suspect can be used to send an innocent man down for a ten year stretch. |
