 | One of the best ones I've ever had was from Gays Creamery/pasty shop in Dawlish in (shock horror) Devon!

I get them from a shop called the west cornwall pasty co.
or something like that. They make them in Cornwall, ship
them to the rest of UK and they re-heat then sell them. God
 I want one right now......

 | The vowel 'a' in pasty is 'pure' (IPA /ˈpæsti/, /ˈpɑːsti/). Thus, "pasty" does not sound
anything like "paste." The exact pronunciation varies among
 dialects.

 Cornish term for the pasty

 | I've moved to steak bakes. Cornish pasties started getting less meat and too much pastry where I live.
